Mid-stay check-ins show guest appreciation, reiterating that their entire stay is important - not just when they pay or leave a review. Post-checkout Just because a guest has left the property, their experience does not have to be over. Reviews are critical to hotel properties as they influence purchasing decisions. Good reviews can bring in new guests just as quickly as poor reviews can deter future guests.
