2024 was a year to remember at Actabl, bringing incredible achievements and growth. It wasn’t just about the numbers, though welcoming 111 new team members and impacting over 450 million guest nights is no small feat. It was about the people, passion, and purpose that drive everything we do. Hospitality is at the heart of our work, and this year, we stayed true to our mission: empowering the people who power hospitality.

The Actabl Way: New Core Values
This year, we introduced a new set of core values to guide how we work and thrive together. These values reflect who we are, what we stand for, and how we operate to stay true to our mission.
One of our key values is Start with People. In hospitality, everything begins with people. On a personal level, we approach others with kindness and warmth, building relationships, earning trust, and having fun. On a practical level, success stems from great people working as one team. By empowering others, speaking truth with care, and collaborating, we achieve more together.
Another essential value is Demand Integrity. We believe that without integrity, nothing else matters. Being trustworthy, ethical, and consistent—whether or not someone is watching—is the foundation of a high-integrity organization.
We also strive to Delight the Customer. Excellence isn’t just about meeting expectations; it’s about exceeding them. Our job is to go beyond completing tasks or hitting metrics; it’s about ensuring our customers feel delighted, just as they aim to delight their guests.
Our value of Champion Innovation reflects our commitment to adapting and solving our customers' ever-changing challenges. We compete in the game of change by thinking big and then thinking even bigger, ensuring we continue to innovate.
Finally, we live by the principle of Make It Happen. This means applying constant, inspiring pressure to get things done. We cultivate high "Hospitality Quotients" (Grit + Intelligence + Empathy) to perform better today than we did yesterday. Showing up prepared, caring about details, and following through are non-negotiables in how we work.
Actabl on the Move: 2024 Events
From snapping professional headshots at ALIS to jam-packed days at HITEC and even a friendly pickleball tournament at the Lodging Conference, Actabl was front and center at hospitality’s most influential gatherings in 2024. This year, we participated in 109 customer, industry, and partner events, including ALIS, the Hunter Conference, HITEC, The Hospitality Show, and The Lodging Conference. These events provided invaluable opportunities to connect with hoteliers, showcase our innovations, and reinforce our role as a trusted partner in hospitality.
Actabl’s First AI Sprint
2024 marked a milestone with our first-ever AI Sprint. At Actabl, we see AI as an opportunity to enhance efficiency for both hoteliers and our internal teams. While AI isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, when applied thoughtfully, it has immense potential to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and drive results.
To embrace this potential, we hosted a company-wide AI Sprint–a week-long event dedicated to AI education and innovation. Ten cross-functional teams competed to develop ideas on how Actabl could harness AI within our products and internal tools to better serve our customers. After a week of brainstorming, refining, and pitching, one standout idea took the top prize. Read more about our first AI Sprint and see which idea took the crown!
The Acty Awards
Every quarter, we gather to honor the individuals who embody Actabl’s values and go above and beyond to support team Actabl and deliver exceptional service to our customers. These awards shine a spotlight on the dedication and passion that drive our collective success. This year, we celebrated 363 Acty nominees and recognized 25 winners.
Motivosity & Creating a Culture of Recognition
Spend one day at Actabl, and you’ll soon learn that we love cheering each other on! Encouraging gratitude helps foster a positive, connected workplace, and Motivosity has made it easier than ever for our teams to give thanks, celebrate wins, and recognize each other’s contributions. This year alone, we shared 9,654 shoutouts, strengthening relationships, reinforcing our values, and creating a culture where everyone feels valued.
Team Offsites
From leadership to implementation, several teams took time in 2024 to step away from daily operations and focus on growth, strategy, and collaboration. The Product Team gathered in Atlanta to refine their roadmap and explore data-driven enhancements, while the People Team held their first-ever offsite, using the Working Genius Assessment to strengthen teamwork. In Denver, the Revenue Leadership Team aligned on key initiatives, and in Tampa, the Ops Implementation Team sharpened their training and presentation skills. Each offsite reinforced our commitment to innovation, teamwork, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Our DE&I efforts achieved significant milestones in 2024. From honoring cultural heritage months to fostering open conversations and growth opportunities, we’ve worked to create a workplace that celebrates individuality and champions inclusion.
