As Vice President of People, Erica leads the Actabl People team in creating and fostering a culture where exceptional talent wants to work. With a passion for helping organizations unlock their potential, Erica has helped build and grow HR functions in hospitality, digital publishing, and events settings. She has a Masters in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Erica is based in Arvada, CO, and loves exploring the Colorado outdoors with her husband and daughter.
