It runs on Actabl's proprietary data engine that normalizes and aggregates data from PMS, POS, accounting, revenue management, and OTA sources across more than 14,000 hotels.
On April 14, 2026, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted Actabl a patent for its method of real-time normalization of raw enterprise data from disparate sources. The patent covers the technical process Actabl uses to read data from disconnected hotel systems and map it into a consistent, standardized taxonomy automatically. Actabl is the first hospitality technology company to hold a patent of this kind.
AI Asset Setup is in production for customers using Transcendent. It uses computer vision to build complete asset records from a phone photo, including make, model, specs, warranty, and maintenance history. Additional capabilities for Hotel Effectiveness, ProfitSword, and Alice are in development.
